- WhatjL may get the PGL Major Singapore 2026 sticker instead of apEX, per Cybersport.ru
Team Vitality captain Dan “apEX” Madesclaire has responded to a fan who criticized the sticker situation around PGL Major Singapore 2026, Cybersport.ru reported on Oct. 31. The fan had pointed out that the players should have known the rules under which Justinas “jL” Lekavicius could get stickers instead of apEX.
The team did know the rules, apEX said in his reply, as reported in Russian by Cybersport.ru. With both him and mezii having missed two tournaments, he said, the team had a hard time handling the situation, so he could not ask teammates to field another player instead.
He also said he already felt awkward about leaving the team and could not ask for too much.
Why jL may get the sticker
Cybersport.ru wrote that jL may receive the sticker instead of apEX because he played seven matches for Vitality at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026. Under Valve Regional Standings (VRS) rules, the outlet wrote, that makes Lekavicius part of the team’s lineup.
According to the outlet, jL will be considered a main-roster member unless Valve and PGL make an exception.
Why it matters
According to Cybersport.ru, under VRS rules jL counts as a main-roster member of Team Vitality unless Valve and PGL make an exception, so the sticker may go to him instead of apEX.
