CounterStrikeGO is an independent English-language site about Counter-Strike 2 (CS2). It shows no ads today. This page explains what we offer advertisers and the rules every ad on the site will follow.

What we offer

All our formats are contextual: an ad appears next to content it fits, not in front of readers picked by tracking.

• Sponsorship of a section or a regular feature, such as a section of guides or the weekly skin market report. We will name the sponsor. A marketplace may not sponsor anything built on our price data: prices, the CounterStrikeGO Skin Index, market reports or marketplace rankings.
• Static banners served from our own domain: an image and a plain link, marked as a paid link for search engines. Banners will have no tracking scripts or cookies of their own and will be sold for a fixed period.
• Advertisement features: articles paid for by an advertiser, labeled "Advertisement" above the headline. We will publish only a limited number of them.
• Partnerships with marketplaces through affiliate links, labeled "Paid link." See our affiliate disclosure.

What we do not accept

• Ads for alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, drugs or other prohibited substances.
• Paid links that pass search ranking. Every paid link will be marked for search engines.
• Paid placement in our rankings. Marketplace rankings will be based on a published method, never on the size of a commission.
• Payment for news coverage. Advertisers cannot buy or change our news coverage, prices or rankings.

How ads appear

• The site uses no ad networks, advertising pixels or retargeting. Our Google Analytics, which runs only for readers who allow it, is not linked to any advertising.
• Every ad will be clearly labeled. Banners and paid articles will carry the label "Advertisement," and affiliate links will carry the label "Paid link."
• An advertiser's logo will appear on the site only as an ad, labeled "Advertisement."
• Ads for products and services regulated by law follow the laws that apply to them, including any age limit, license or warning those laws require.
• Prices on the site come only from our own data.
